Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- your item is defective
- your item is damaged
- you received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Dog treats or other consumable products
- Opened or used paw balms or care products

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item (if eligible), and once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
