At Tails & Trails, we believe your gear should be built for adventure. That’s why we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products with a Lifetime Warranty on covered components.
What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects or unexpected failure of the following components during normal, intended use:
- Buckles
- D-rings and hardware
- Webbing
If one of these covered components fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, please contact us so our team can review your warranty claim.
What Is Not Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by chewing, biting, or other damage caused by your dog
- Normal wear and tear that occurs over time
- Fraying, fading, staining, scratching, or cosmetic wear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, alterations, or misuse
- Lost or stolen products
- Damage caused by using the product for something other than its intended purpose
Our gear is designed to be durable, but no dog product is indestructible. Customers should regularly inspect their dog's gear and discontinue use if it becomes damaged or unsafe.
Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Tails & Trails with:
- Your name and order information
- A description of what happened
- Clear photos of the damaged product and affected component
Our team will review the claim to determine whether the damage qualifies under our Lifetime Warranty.
Approved warranty claims may be repaired or replaced at Tails & Trails' discretion. If the original product, color, pattern, or size is no longer available, we may provide a comparable replacement.
