- ✓ D-ring failure caused by a manufacturing defect
- ✓ Defective webbing or stitching
- ✓ Unexpected hardware failure caused by a defect during normal, intended use
✕ WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- ✕ Chewing or biting damage
- ✕ Normal wear and tear
- ✕ Accidental cuts, tears, or damage
- ✕ Tie-out or tethering accidents
- ✕ Improper use, incorrect sizing, or alterations
- ✕ Damage occurring while a dog is left unattended
